Our core service covers the clothes you actually wear every day. Garments are collected from your home or office at a time slot you choose, taken to our facility, sorted and tagged against your order, steam pressed by trained staff, quality checked, and returned to you on hangers or neatly folded — your preference.
Shirts, trousers, kurtas and kurtis, sarees, salwar sets, school and corporate uniforms, bedsheets, curtains, table linen, blazers and sherwanis. If it can be pressed, we press it — and where a fabric needs a lower temperature or a pressing cloth, our staff flag it at the sorting stage rather than guessing.
Every order is tagged against a single order ID at intake, so garments from different customers are never processed together. Temperature is matched to fabric — cotton and linen at full steam, synthetics and delicates on reduced heat with a protective cloth. A quality check happens before anything is packed, and any pre-existing damage found at sorting is photographed and reported to you before we proceed.
Standard turnaround is 24 hours from pickup. Same-day return is available on an express surcharge when the order is collected before our morning cut-off.
