We agree a collection rhythm with you — daily, alternate days or twice weekly — and a rate card based on your monthly volume. Collections happen on a fixed schedule at a fixed contact point, so nobody on your side has to raise a request each time. Every collection is weighed and recorded at pickup, and a consolidated invoice is raised at the end of your billing cycle rather than per pickup.
Bulk contracts run against an agreed service level, with on-time delivery tracked and reported. A named account contact handles escalations, and monthly volume and turnaround reporting is shared with your admin or facilities team.
Note: this is an ironing-only service. Washing is not included at this stage — garments should reach us clean and dry.
