At launch we do exactly two things and do them properly: professional ironing across every garment type, and our signature Ready-to-Wear Saree Service. Laundry and dry cleaning come later.
Steam ironing and pressing for everyday and special-occasion garments — shirts, trousers, kurtas, uniforms and linen — collected from your door and returned crisp within 24 hours.
Our signature service. Sarees are professionally pleated, pinned and — where you choose — pre-stitched, so a drape that normally takes twenty careful minutes takes two.
Scheduled bulk ironing on a negotiated rate card for offices, hostels, PGs and hospitality teams — billed per kilogram or on contract, against an agreed service level.
Every order, every time
Pickup and return delivery are included on every order above our ₹149 minimum, with no distance charge inside our service areas.
Our staff counts your garments in front of you at pickup and issues a receipt you confirm — so the count is settled before anything leaves your door.
Your garments are tagged and processed against your order alone. Nothing is batched with another customer’s clothes.
Fabrics are separated at sorting. Silk, synthetics and embellished work each get their own temperature and technique.
Every order is inspected before it is packed. Anything that does not pass goes back for a second press.
Escalations go to someone who can actually resolve them, not into a ticket queue.
Not yet, but soon
Laundry is a different operation: different equipment, different water and effluent handling, different failure modes. Running it badly alongside ironing would compromise both.
So at launch we press only — garments should reach us clean and dry. Wash-and-iron and dry cleaning are planned once our core ironing and saree operations are running to the standard we want. When they arrive, they will arrive properly.
